Business Communication- Course outline
ATTENDANCE
Attending lectures is compulsory and students are reminded that they should attend at least three-quarters of the lectures.
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA:
The course assessment shall consist of assignments which carries 30% of the final mark and 70% from the examination. Students are particularly advised not to miss any of the tests and do their assignments as there is no provision for special treatment especially on the in-class test.
EXAMINATION
Learners are expected to demonstrate knowledge in preparing business reports and written communication, principle of conducting verbal communication, negotiation and selection of medium of communication
